DIRECTPHYSIO4U IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
We have implemented our COVID-19 safeguarding policy in order to safely re-open. Therefore, you will notice some changes when you attend.
Please wear your face mask unless you are exempt.
We will not be seeing patients without an appointment. There will be no walk in clinic running. If you require an appointment please message or call myself on 07966 027818. If I do not answer please leave a message, and I will respond to any enquiry that you may have as soon as I can. Risk assessments will be done to ensure you are safe to attend.
There will be a ‘No Charge’ for patients who cancel within 24 hours with any symptoms of COVID 19 or are unwell. Therefore, we are requesting that patients who show any signs or symptoms of COVID 19 please cancel your appointment and ‘DO NOT’ attend the clinic.
You will receive a text message 24 hours prior to your appointment, if you feel unwell please cancel your appointment.
We are however taking over the phone and video consultations for all patients who are shielding, high risk and those who wish not attend face to face.
There will be a one in and one out system (enter through reception and exit using the door in the physiotherapy room), you will not be in contact with any other patients.
Although some things will be different, one familiar element will be that you will receive the same excellent treatment!
